Client: Prince Edward Island has been recognized as SCOREGolf magazine's "#1 Canadian Golf Destination" and has been awarded The Toronto Star's "Golfer's Choice Award" winner in "Best Golf Travel Destination". Golf generates an estimated $85 million for the P.E.I. economy, with almost 80% of that total - $68 million - being non-golfing consumption. Restaurants, retailers, accommodations, entertainment venues, etc. all benefit directly from the influx of people who come to P.E.I. to play golf.

To capitalize on this realization, Golf P.E.I. enlisted NicomIT to develop an on-line and direct call reservation centre so golfers can book at any member course. The result is Golf PEI's Vacation Package Builder, allowing golfers to book accommodations, play, transportation, and other services available on the island.
