Client: The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia is the professional body responsible for regulating the province's medical profession in accordance with the Nova Scotia Medical Act and its regulations.

A web-based system was created to support their licensing process that allows applicants to review their application status online. This greatly reduces the volume of correspondence in the way of telephone calls and e-mail.
