Client: Based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Uplift Technologies Inc. provides innovative healthcare technology, to enhance personal well-being. It offers two unique brand lines, Uplift and Upeasy, provide lifting cushions that are available in electric and self-powered versions. These lifting cushion products have be proven to be so popular that Uplift Technologies Inc. decided to engage Nicom to build a site for each of its specialty seating product lines.
Responsibilities: The dual web site designs for the Uplift and Upeasy brands needed to be notably similar yet unique enough to be identified as two separate brands. The bright, cheerful look of the Upeasy brand web site contrasts well with the subtle, more relaxed colour scheme of the Uplift brand's web site. Each site includes PDF product brochures, easy to understand photographic and text-based instructions, and the functionality to search for an Uplift/Upeasy dealer in either the U.S. or Canada.
