Client: The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is an independent, non-profit organization devoted to monitoring and reporting marketplace activities to the public. BBB's are licensed by the Canadian Council of Better Business Bureau's and are governed by a local Board of Directors. They are funded primarily from local business support and are not a government department or affiliate. Their mission is to promote mutually beneficial relationships between buyers and sellers based on responsible business practices.

Responsibilities: We designed and developed a new web site for the Better Business Bureau incorporating a number of forms that were created for easy handling of consumer complaints and inquiries. A content management system was also implemented for easy updating of the site.
